The company's leading biologics are:

ReFacto (antihemophilic factor [recombinant]). ReFacto is a recombinant factor VIII product formulated without human serum albumin for use in control and prevention of bleeding episodes and surgical prophylaxis in patients with hemophilia A (congenital factor VIII deficiency) and for short-term use in reducing the frequency of spontaneous bleeding episodes.

Benefix (coagulation factor IX). Benefix is a treatment for control and prevention of hemorrhagic episodes in patients with hemophilia B, including the peri-operative management of hemophilia B patients undergoing surgery.
